Hello all! We are thrilled to see all of you starting to get your games. We hope you have as much playing them as we did making them.
We will be at Kublacon this weekend (San Francisco Bay area) and would love to play a game with our backers. Email Dan at [email protected] and coordinate with him directly. We have two prototypes (Hero City and Goblin Rocket Rally), Rise of the Gnomes and Backyard Chickens with us. Hope to see you there!
Fulfillment Update

Sorry for the delay but shipping has been very clogged up and people are overloaded so getting a response takes a lot longer than normal. Here is the update
United States, Canada & RotW from Quartermaster
Quartersmaster has already started sending out tracking numbers but it is still in process. The current plan is fulfillment in mid to late May. We'll let you know if anything changes there as things can come up unexpectedly.
UK/EU Fulfillment from Spiral Galaxy
We had some games damaged in Freight so we are waiting on Hubstock to ship over replacement games. They are standing by for the missing games and hope to get things moving in the next few weeks.
Australia/New Zealand from Aetherworks
Fulfillment is Complete.
Asia from VFI
The timeline varies greatly by country. Here are the highlights.
Hong Kong - May
Singapore, Thailand and Taiwan - June
The Rest - June / Early July.

Shipping Update

We finally have some firmer timelines on shipping. Here is my update from QLM:
United States, Canada & Rest of the World from QML
Fulfillment Timeline/Status: The timeline for this one still shows a late April QML arrival. With that timeline we would be looking at an early May fulfillment unless there are port delays or voyage delays that push our arrival timeline back.
UK/EU Fulfillment from Spiral Galaxy
Fulfillment Timeline/Status: We're still on track at this point for arrival at the warehouse in the next week or so barring any delays. This would still put us on track for a mid April fulfillment in this lane.
Australia/New Zealand from Aetherworks
Fulfillment Timeline/Status: Fulfillment is underway here! There are only a few orders left to be fulfilled.
Asia from VFI
Fulfillment Timeline/Status: This one is currently set to begin packing next week. The timeline for the VFI process is a bit strange as I've said in the past as they pack up a pallet for each region and then book consolidated freight for that pallet.

After two and a half months, the games are finally on ships leaving China. I included the links to the ships below. I will be sending an update about the freight issues after we return from Dundracon

Hey all! We hope all of you had a great holiday and a new year. We figured we would give you an update on the freight. Our game order is divided into four shipments to ASIA, AU, UK/EU, US/CANADA. They are boxed up and ready to ship from the factory. We expect that Asia and the Australia will ship out first, followed by North America. We are waiting on some VAT paperwork for the UK/EU and expect to have it all set within the next two weeks. You will be the FIRST ones to know when I get the EXACT shipping ETAs.
